Caldwell Penn appoints Lawrence Evans as Partner and Managing Director

Lawrence will join Mark as an equal partner in the business, working together with the continued support of the Leadership Team, to drive the business’s vision forward and to ensure continued excellence in client service and overall business growth.

Having been with Caldwell Penn for 13 years, Lawrence has played a central role in driving our growth and delivering outstanding service to our clients. His forward-thinking approach and strong leadership make him the ideal candidate to lead Caldwell Penn into the future, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and expertise in an ever-evolving accounting landscape.

As Managing Director, Lawrence will focus on scaling the business, strengthening client relationships, and building a high-performing team at Caldwell Penn. His appointment as Partner reflects his deep commitment to the business and his vision for its future.

Mark Martin, Founding Partner of Caldwell Penn, will continue to lead our Tax team, providing expert, tailored advice to clients while supporting the business’s overall strategic direction.
